I’ve gotten a few emails about Paypal not properly creating subscriptions, and Lighthouse locking you out due to missed payments. This all goes back to how lenient we were with signups, basically not requiring any actual payments off the bat.

If this is happening to you, please let us know and we’ll bump the date up so you can continue to use Lighthouse. As far as I can tell, these issues are on Paypal’s end. We’ve been receiving subscriptions all month, and started receiving our first payments this week. So, it’s been working for most folks it looks like.

We’ve been busy bootstrapping the company the last month, so we can start accepting credit card payments, and learned a lot in the process. As it is, we have a revamped payment system just about ready to be deployed. We hit a few snags on the way, but we should be rolling this out over the weekend (along with some Lighthouse goodies).
